If they want to release DMC1 in 16:9, they should have just remade it or give us a 4:3 option like the Resident Evil 1 Remaster. Also many of the elements in DMC1 was designed around the 4:3 aspect ratio, switching between fixed camera angles doesn't feel natural and is actually more confusing in 16:9. Maybe this is just a very bad port of these games but I will never understand how these games are deemed as some of the best hack and slash games of all time when they are horribly outdated gameplay wise with the exception of 3 being fun at times and the fact that it still looks like a ps2 game in a "remaster" that was supposed to updated the visuals and in some places I swear look even worse than the ps2.
